Messages may be forwarded via SMS, email, or other integrated services like HotSOS or Opera used in the hospitality industry. Select Forward from the message options:

If your property is enabled with a HotSOS integration, you may forward messages directly to HotSOS from the conversation. Select Forward from the message options. Select Forward to HotSOS and select the appropriate need from the issue search. You can edit the body of the message being forwarded to add more detail or specific instructions. When a message is forwarded to HotSOS, the ticket will be created in HotSOS and an event will be posted in the conversation in Zingle.
