All Hyatt users are now required to login to Medallia Concierge by using Hyatt's single sign-on (SSO).

NOTE: Users will not be able to reset their password from the Medallia Concierge login page.

Follow the steps below to login using SSO:

1. Go to https://app-4.zingle.sea1.medallia.com in your internet browser, preferably Chrome.
​2. Click Log in using SSO at the bottom of the page

3. Type hyatt.com as the SSO domain

4. Click Log in with SSO
​5. You may be prompted to authenticate with your Hyatt SSO information.

6. If you do not have a Hyatt email, use the format GID@login.hyatt
​7. Next, enter the password you use for single sign on.

8. Success! You should now be logged in to the Medallia Concierge inbox for your property, or properties.
