The Medallia Concierge OHIP integration allows for the connection of one or more OHIP environments to Medallia Concierge. Once connected, reservation events will automatically be consumed by Concierge as Contacts with reservation attributes.
Prerequisites
Customers will need to provide the Concierge team with the following information:
Chain Code
Property Code
OPERA Cloud Version
OPERA Cloud Admin Contact Details (Name & Email)
URL Property Connects to access OPERA Cloud
Confirmation the Property has subscribed to OPERA Cloud Foundation
