Help Center Articles with Product Documentation are only accessible by valid Medallia Concierge users with access to an active Medallia Concierge Service.

We recommend accessing the Help Center from within your Medallia Concierge Service, by going to Help > Help Docs

Are you having issues accessing or viewing certain articles? We recommend these steps:

  • Refresh your Medallia Concierge Service and access the Help Center from there. Search for articles by name instead.

  • Clear browser cache and refresh the Medallia Concierge Service.

  • Check your browser for any extensions (ie ad block) that may prevent our Help Center from validating your user status. If any ad block extensions are being used, disable them for the Medallia Concierge App (app.zingle.me) and the Help Center (help.zingle.me)
