🔐 Concierge Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Guide

Multi-Factor Authentication timeline and instructions

Updated this week

Effective Dates:

  • New users: January 7, 2026

  • Existing users: Migration begins February 2026

Overview

To strengthen account security, Concierge will require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users who log in with a Concierge username and password.

MFA adds an extra verification step at sign-in, which protects your account even if your password is compromised.

If you currently log in using SSO, Google, or Microsoft, no action is required. You’ll continue logging in exactly as before.

Why MFA Matters

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) requires something you know (your password) and something you have (a one-time code from your phone or laptop).
This prevents unauthorized access even if a password is stolen or guessed.

Benefits:

  • Protects against phishing and credential theft

  • Secures sensitive guest and account data

  • Meets modern enterprise security standards

MFA Setup Instructions

When MFA is enabled for your account, you’ll be guided through setup at your next login.
