IMPORTANT: Mobile users will need to update how they log into the Concierge mobile app.
Please follow these steps to point your mobile app at the correct environment. Once this change is made, your mobile app will default to the new environment and these steps will not need to be performed again; however, you can always use this process to ensure you are pointing to the correct environment.
If you're logged in, log out.
On the login screen, tap the "Switch Environments" text at the bottom of the login screen.
Select "Zingle Seattle 4" and tap 'Save' in the upper right corner.
On the main screen, now select "Login using SSO"
Enter 'hyatt.com' in the "SSO Domain" field
Finish logging in through Hyatt portal
