User Email Validation
What does this mean?
New users that are set up with a username that is an email address will receive an email to verify their email address. If you are an existing user and edit your username to be an email address, you will also receive the verification email.
What if I don't have an email address?
Woah. Okay, we understand that not all users have a work email, so account and service users, that are not Administrators, can have usernames that are not email addresses.
