Below is our recommended starting configuration and platform setup for Law Firms who are new to the Medallia Concierge platform.

KEY INTERACTIONS to think about:

  • Prospecting Client Communication: Help answer questions about what requirements need to be met for the team to take on the case.

  • Current Client Communication: Appointment scheduling, court reminders, paperwork needed, etc.

CONTACT FIELDS to create to capture key attributes:

  • Attorney

  • Client - Yes/No

  • Appointment Date

TAGS that can be temporarily applied to individual contacts:

  • Potential Client

  • In-Trial

  • Case Closed

TEMPLATES to create to help standardize replies to FAQs:

  • Office Address

  • Appointment Reminder

SEGMENTS to create to help you with grouping your clients by key attributes:
