Overview
If you use Infor as your hospitality management system, you can integrate with Medallia Concierge to automatically synchronize contact and reservation data with Medallia Concierge.
Getting Started
Please reach out to your Infor Account Manager to begin Infor's onboarding process. Infor will assign a project manager to assist with setting up the integration on their side.
How to set up the integration in Medallia Concierge
Once you've completed Infor's onboarding, all you will need to set up the integration in Medallia Concierge is the Hotel Code, Username, and Password
As an Administrator, navigate to the Integrations section: Admin Settings > Integrations
Locate and click on the Infor Integration to access the setup screen
Enter your Hotel Code - this is provided by Infor
Enter your Username - this is provided by Infor
Enter your Password - this is provided by the Medallia Concierge Implementations Team
Click "Activate"
Once this is completed, you will begin importing reservation and contact data from Infor into Medallia Concierge.
After Medallia Concierge receives the initial file, the process to validate the information in Medallia Concierge will take approximately 2 to 3 business days.
How Medallia Concierge Matches Contacts
Whenever a reservation's status changes or the profile is updated, Infor will send the reservation and profile info to Medallia Concierge. We will first try to find a contact in Medallia Concierge with the same Profile ID. If one isn't found, we'll look for a contact with a matching Phone Number. If one is found, we update it with the new profile's name, email address, reservation info, and other custom data. If not, we create a new contact with all of that info.
