The Zendesk Sunshine Conversations SDK allows you to add Medallia Concierge chat capability to your native mobile apps.
Here's how it works.
You add the chat SDK to your mobile app. You can then trigger the chat pop up from a button within your app. In the example below, note that you can have different channels that can route the chat to relevant Medallia Concierge Inbox's if required.
2. In this example, the user selects a location and then can open the chat by tapping a button. In this case, the chat will directly interact with a Medallia Concierge service specific to San Francisco.
