Specify a message or reply to be sent at a specific date and time in future to your customers with our scheduled messages functionality. No more worrying about forgetting to follow up due to a busy schedule. Stay organized, enhance your customer experience, and never miss an important interaction again.

How do I schedule a reply?

From the Inbox, select the clock icon above to the reply button. Select Send Later checkbox and set the date and time you want the reply to be sent and select OK. You can schedule a reply up to 90 days in the future.

You'll notice the reply button will read "Reply Later". Select Reply Later to schedule your reply.

Once you click Reply Later your message will be displayed in your conversation thread. It will show with the clock icon to indicate that it is a scheduled reply and has not been sent yet. Hovering over the clock icon will display the time the reply is scheduled to be sent.

Once your reply is sent it will display like any other sent messages.

How do I schedule a new message or a group message?

From the global navigation at the top of the page, select the +New button and select New Message. Select your recipients and compose your message. Select the clock icon above to the reply button. Select Send Later checkbox and set the date and time you want the message to be sent, and select OK. You can schedule a message up to 90 days in the future.

You'll notice the send button will read "Send Later". Select Send Later to schedule your message. Once you click Send Later, your message will be queued in the Outbox.

Where can I view and edit all the messages that have been scheduled?

When you schedule a message to be sent at a later time, it is added to the outbox until it is sent. You can find the Outbox in the left navigation. The outbox serves as a central location for users to track and organize their scheduled messages, providing them with control and visibility over their planned communications.

In the outbox, you'll find a comprehensive list of all your scheduled messages arranged in descending order. This allows you to easily review and manage your scheduled messages before they are sent. Once the scheduled time for a message arrives, the scheduled message is automatically removed from the outbox and sent to the intended recipients.

If necessary, you can make edits to the content, recipients or timing of a message by clicking the three dots icon and selecting the Edit option.

Additionally, if you decide to delete a scheduled message, you can do so by clicking the three dots icon and selecting the Delete option.

How can I hide Outbox?

If you aren’t going to use the Scheduled Messages feature, you can hide the Outbox navigation element.

To hide the Outbox, navigate to “My Settings” and click on "Settings". Within the settings menu, locate the option to "Display Outbox." Deselect the "Display Outbox" option to hide the Outbox.
