When composing a message from the +NEW button, customize your group message by selecting the "Insert Contact Field" button. Select the contact field to insert, type your message and Send.

When sent, Medallia Concierge will autofill the message with the appropriate information to each contact.

Why use this feature?

Beyond customizing the message to each of your customers, using the Contact Field Insert helps prevent phone carriers from flagging your message as spam when you message large groups. When carriers identify an identical message being sent to hundreds of contacts at the same time, they'll often mark the message as spam and temporarily restrict Medallia Concierge from messaging those contacts. Customizing your message to each contact will ensure a high percentage of delivery.
