Due to carrier and device restrictions, PDFs cannot be sent as attachments from Medallia Concierge. That being said, there are many sites that offer free conversion of PDFs* to one of the supported file types listed below.

File Types and Size Limitations
File size is limited to 4 MB. For group messages, 1 MB is recommended.
Image file types supported are PNG, JPG or GIF. Contact VCards can also be sent as attachments (MMS) over text messages in Medallia Concierge.
To add an attachment to your message, select the paperclip icon from the +NEWmessage icon or when replying in the Conversation Detail pane.
Images can also be attached to messages sent by Zings.
