"Permanently delete": You'll now have the option to perform a "permanent delete" on any of your contacts. A regular delete removes the contact and their messages from your Medallia Concierge service, but message history still remains for reporting purposes. A permanent delete will completely erase all contact attributes and information from Medallia Concierge's servers. This action is irreversible.

The Contact's source: You'll have the option to view the original "source" of each contact. One of the regulations requires you to provide EU citizens with information on how you received their information. This field can be used to specifically answer that question should a customer ask.
