When messaging in the Medallia Concierge Inbox, user initials appear to the right of any messages sent by the user. Hovering over the initials will show the display name of a user. 

To change your display name, click your initials to the top right of the screen and My Settings. 

From here, manage your display name, add a signature and enter your HotSOS login if you've integrated your Medallia Concierge service with HotSOS.

When using Medallia Concierge's Teams feature, choose view options for unassigned conversations and teammates.

Opt-in to the notifications you'd like to receive, either Desktop through your browser or Mobile through your app. 

Finally, edit your credentials in the Change Password screen.
