From an administrative standpoint, understanding what's happening within your Medallia Concierge service can be crucial at times. To toggle on Detailed Events, select a conversation, the three dots at the top right of the Conversation Detail pane and Show Detailed Events.

This will now show what events are happening in the background such what Zings have been triggered, which user marked the conversation read or unread and which user opened or closed the conversation.

This view can be hidden by selecting Hide Detailed Events from the same drop-down menu.
