Please note important changes happening that may impact your use of the Printer Service. As of December 31st, 2022, we are no longer offering technical support on hardware printers.
(Zingle is now Medallia Concierge).
If you're currently using a Zingle Printer, you may continue to use them past this date, however Medallia Concierge will no longer provide technical assistance or replacement printers for any issues that occur after this date
If you no longer use the hardware printer, your service will not be affected.
Key Dates To Be Aware Of
October 31, 2022 - we will no longer provide replacement printers or additional parts for existing printers. We will continue to assist with troubleshooting technical issues, but will not ship any replacements if an issue cannot be resolved.
December 31st, 2022 - we will no longer be providing technical support on the Printer product. If your printer is still working and in good condition, you may continue using it. In the event that your printer stops working, you may continue to use the service through our web or mobile application, or discontinue service.
Suggested Alternatives & FAQs
You do not need to cancel or stop using your Medallia Concierge Service, and may continue to use your current Printer past these dates. However we recommend transitioning to the Medallia Concierge web or mobile apps.
Are there new hardware / printer devices available?
No, at this time there will be no new hardware/printer devices available.
Can I buy or install my own printer?
No, the Medallia Concierge App is only able to connect and print messages to proprietary Printers, which are nowdiscontinued.
How do I access and respond to messages without the printer?
All Medallia Concierge customers can readily access their Medallia Concierge Service and messages through the web app with any internet browser, or via Medallia Concierge iOS App or Android App
Can I transfer my Medallia Concierge Text Number to another provider?
Yes, if you opt to discontinue your Medallia Concierge Service, you may transfer your Medallia Concierge Text Number to another provider at no additional cost. Please contact our Support team to assist.
