Please note important changes happening this year that may impact use of the Zingle hardware printer. As of December 31st, 2022, we will no longer be offering technical support on our printers.

Customers with active printers may continue to use them past this date, but Zingle will not be providing technical assistance on any issues that occur after this date and will not be issuing replacement printers.

Alternatively, you will have the option to switch to our mobile or web applications at any time at no additional cost to you.

Key Dates To Be Aware Of

October 31, 2022 - Zingle will no longer be providing replacement printers or additional parts for existing printers that you may be using at your location. We will continue to assist with troubleshooting technical issues and number resets but will not ship out any replacements if your issue cannot be resolved.

December 31st, 2022 - Zingle will no longer be providing technical support on the printer product. If your printer is still working and in good condition, that’s great! You will still be able to use it. We will not be taking it away from you! In the event that your printer stops working, you will have the option to transition over to our web or mobile application at no additional cost.

Suggested Alternative

Don’t worry. We are not forcing you to cancel or stop using your Zingle printer or service. In the event that your printer stops working after we have stopped providing replacements and discontinued our technical support, you will have the option to switch over to our web or mobile application at no additional cost to you.
