Please note important changes happening that may impact your use of the Zingle Printer. (Zingle is now Medallia Concierge).
On June 30, 2023, the Printer Service will be discontinued. This means Zingle Printers will stop functioning past this date.
As previously noted, as of December 31st, 2022, we are no longer offering technical support on hardware printers.
If you're currently using a Zingle Printer, you may continue to use it until June 30, 2023. However Medallia will no longer provide technical assistance or replacement printers for any issues that occur, and service will be officially discontinued on this date.
If you no longer use the hardware printer, your service will not be affected.
Key Dates To Be Aware Of
June 30, 2023 - Service Discontinuation for all Printer Service
December 31st, 2022 - Technical support for Printers will not be offered past this date. If your printer is working and in good condition, you may continue using it until June 30, 2023.
If your printer stops working, you may continue to use the service through our Web or Mobile applications, or discontinue service.
October 31, 2022 - Replacements of Printers will no longer be offered past this date.

You do not need to cancel or stop using your Medallia Concierge Service, and may continue to use your Printer until June 30, 2023. After this date, your Medallia Concierge Service will continue to work only through the Web and Mobile Apps.
Are there new hardware / printer devices available?
No, at this time there will be no new hardware/printer devices available.
Can I buy or install my own printer?
No, the Medallia Concierge App is only able to connect and print messages to proprietary Printers, which are now discontinued.
How do I access and respond to messages without the printer?
All Medallia Concierge customers can readily access their Medallia Concierge Service and messages through the web app with any internet browser, or via Medallia Concierge iOS App or Android App
Can I transfer my Medallia Concierge Text Number to another provider?
Yes, if you opt to discontinue your Medallia Concierge Service, you may transfer your Medallia Concierge Text Number to another provider. Please contact our Support team to assist.
