We are rolling out a new password policy to adhere to a more secure method of logging into Concierge. The change will impact all user accounts. The security of our customers’ accounts is a high priority, which is why this change is extremely important.

On Thursday, June 20th all user accounts will be switched to the new policy. On June 20th, users will be prompted with a login screen to update their password when logging in or browsing Concierge.

On Thursday while logging in or browsing, you will be directed to the login screen shown below.

If you need help with the password update, our support team is here to assist you.

On the login page, go to the Medallia Chat widget at the lower right of the screen to start the chat with support.

FAQs

  1. Can users update their password prior to this date?

    Yes, users can update their password prior to this date by logging into Concierge, and going to My Settings > Change Password

  2. If users have updated their password recently, will they need to update it again?

    No, if users have updated their password within the last 60 days, they will not be asked to update it on June 20th.

  3. I log in using Google or Microsoft 365 and don't know my existing password.

    Even users who log in with Google or Microsoft 365 have passwords in Concierge. If you don't know your password, go here to reset.
