What is the Medallia Concierge API?

The Medallia Concierge API enables developers to tap into the powerful Medallia Concierge platform and data, through a programmatic integration. The API includes most features and data. A direct system-to-system integration will allow fast and real-time access to either enhance or replace the web or app user experience. API users can perform functions such as accounts, services, messages, contacts, automations, custom fields and labels.

Postman is a tool for exploring and testing APIs. Medallia Concierge has provided a Postman Collection, which is a group of API requests, to help introduce people to the Medallia Concierge API. You will need your Medallia Concierge login credentials to take the tutorial.
