QR Codes are powerful, visual ways to encourage your customers to quickly start a Medallia Concierge conversation or initiate a welcome/check-in process.
Follow these steps to see how our Medallia Concierge users are generating QR codes for their customers to scan and have a pre-populated keyword to text to Medallia Concierge:
Go to any QR code generating website. Here is a sample site.
Choose "SMS"
Insert the Medallia Concierge channel/phone number
Choose the keyword you want populated
Select the ellipsis to the top right for more dimensions options
Select "Custom" and set the resolution you need (2,000+ PX is recommended)
Save the image to your computer, and you can use that QR code in printed assets or projected onto digital screens for your customers to scan
