TEMPLATES to create to quickly send standardized communication to leads:

  • Waiting for final decision (credit is being evaluated)

  • Location hours

  • Directions to office

  • Asking for specific information - monthly income and loan amount

  • Loan Approval/Decline

  • Links to helpful information

  • Thank you

SEGMENTS to setup to help target your communication to the right contacts:

  • Appointment date (to send reminders)

  • Last follow-up date

ZINGS to create to help automate your communication and processes:

  • Registration Zing to collect key information (last 4 of social, etc)

  • Keyword Zing with Loan to let them know how to apply

  • Lead Follow-up Zing

TAGS that can be temporarily applied to individual contacts:

  • Approved

  • In-process/pending approval
