Group messages in Medallia Concierge are different from group messaging on your mobile device in that recipients will only see your message, the phone numbers and conversations with the other contacts won't be visible to the recipient.

Due to privacy restrictions set forward by the FCC, a group text in the conventional sense is not possible within the business texting environment. To learn more about Group Messaging, review documentation on it here.
