Templates are a tool to keep your communications efficient and consistent. They are saved responses available for you to select and edit from the reply box, just select the templates icon and the response you'd like to customize.

The templates icon can also be found from the +NEW message box.

Refer to your admin settings to set up new templates (administrator permissions.)
