We are performing a major infrastructure upgrade on Monday, December 12, from 10pm - 2am Pacific (Dec 13, 1am - 5am EST).

During this time, the entire Medallia Concierge application will be offline.

Per our usual process, any inbound messages received during this window will receive the following automated message and will not appear in the Inbox:

“We're sorry, but your message was not received. Our service is currently offline for an upgrade. We are scheduled to be back online starting at 2am Pacific. Please message again when we’re back up.”

Please note contact imports (CSV) over Email and SFTP will be unavailable starting at 6pm Pacific. Any CSV files sent after 6pm Pacific will not be accepted or processed. New files will be picked up again and processed after 2am Pacific.

This is a longer than usual downtime window, and we want to make sure you understand the reason for such a substantial window. We are upgrading our infrastructure to increase application performance and ultimately provide you and your customers with a better experience. The upgraded environment will allow for more efficient scaling and increased availability. We are excited about this upgrade and all the growth ahead!
