If your Zingle Printer is online and showing that it is "Connected to Zingle" but not printing Tickets, check the following - 

-Confirm that the paper is installed correctly. Try uninstalling and reinstalling if necessary. 

- Try power cycling the device. 

- Try letting the device sit for a few minutes. There could be msgs queued, waiting to be delivered.

There maybe issue with the device from and administrative level  (eg. device is not linked to the correct account, Printer forwarding is disabled)

Zingle support may also be able to assist with a Factory Restore.
