At Zingle we don't purge conversation data. However, conversations may be visible in the Zingle inbox for a limited time, depending on your Zingle subscription.

For more information about "cold storage" and how conversation data is stored after disappearing from your inbox, contact your Customer Success Manager.

To keep a conversation stored in a CSV format, open a conversation from your Inbox. Select the conversation you'd like to export, from the conversation pane in the middle of your screen, select the three dots to the top right and Export to CSV.

In this way, you're able to store important communications with your contacts for as long as you need them. 

Export All Conversations

To export all conversations that have occurred over a set date range, navigate to Analytics, set date range, filters and select Export Message Detail. More information on Analytics and filtering can be found in the Analytics article here.
