This feature is for those moments where you want to send a text, but you need it to be timely. Whether it be a reminder to a guest, or a quick follow up, scheduled messages and replies are just another way to help exceed your customer's expectations!
How do I delay a reply?
From the Inbox, select the clock icon next to the reply button. Set the amount of time you want to delay the message to be sent and select OK. You can delay a reply up to 24 hours.
You'll notice the reply button will read "Reply Later". Select Reply Later to schedule your reply.
Once you select Reply Later your message will be displayed in your conversation thread. It will show with the clock icon to the right to identify that it is a delayed reply and has not been sent yet.
Once your reply is sent it will show like any other message in that conversation string and be identified with the clock icon to identify that it was a scheduled reply.Hovering over the clock icon will display that it is a delayed reply and when it will be sent.
How do I delay a new message or a group message?
Select the +New button and select New Message. Select your recipients and compose your message. Select the clock icon next to the reply button. Set the amount of time you want to delay the message to be sent, and select OK.
